BPO valuations are a great economical way to obtain the value of a property. However, your valuation is only as good as the agent completing it. At Equity Field Services, BPO’s, CMA’s and Appraisals are done by licensed and screened agents with more than 5 years as a state licensed Realtor or Appraiser. Each valuation is audited before it leaves to go to the client, resulting in a thorough and broker approved report.

  • BPO Drive By – 3 photos, 3 Sold comparables, # Active comparables and neighborhood informatio.n
  • BPO with No Comparables – 3 photos, suggested Fair Market Value and suggested list price.
  • CMA – A comprehensive interior/exterior evaluation, photo gallery, 3 Sold comparables, area market trends and neighborhood information. Recommended repairs noted. Suggested AS-IS, 90 day sale price and Fair Market Values are included.
  • Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae BPO – are done within the guidelines and defined requirements.
