Property Management
EFS Property Management will market your property for rent based on local rental restrictions (condo association or city restrictions). All potential tenants are screened with a credit check and an eviction search for prior evictions. Once approved, a lease agreement is executed with all the appropriate rents and deposits paid in accordance with the owner’s terms of agreement. The agreement is forwarded to the seller to sign.
EFS will manage tenant relations and has an agreement with the owner to resolve rental issues. If finances are a part of the resolution, EFS is approved by the owner to handle issues up to an agreed upon amount of money all other amounts are pre-approved by the owner before services are rendered. Communications to the owner are normally made by phone call or email.
EFS will collect rents on behalf of the owner or rent can be made directly to owner from renter.
All property taxes, property insurances and/or maintenance fees are paid directly from owner to the appropriate authority.
Tenant requests and correspondence comes through the EFS office. Often tenants have minor issues that we can take care of for you.
